Despatch Time:

We carefully handle every order with care. Your order will be safely dispatched within 1-3 business days, and you’ll receive an email notification once it's on its way!

Domestic Shipping:  

Your item will be shipping from Melbourne, Australia. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to purchase.

International Shipping:

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using an international courier. Orders to New Zealand are generally delivered within 4-11 business days of dispatch. All other international orders are generally delivered within 10-30 business days of dispatch. All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to purchase.

Please note, we do NOT cover any international duties and taxes. If you order from an international location, please familiarise yourself with these costs as they will be charged by your taxation or customs department when your order arrives.

 

Refund, Return AND Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is eligible for return and refund, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please find more details about return and refund at our Return Policy page.
